Most people think the dividing line between Old and New Testament is when the Gospels start in chapter One. Jesus was born under the Law (Old Covenant) and kept it perfectly without fail even in the slightest way. The New Covenant did not start until after the Cross where Jesus finished the work He came to accomplish. When He said, "It is finished!", the veil in the Temple that separated God from man was torn in two. Do you not find it odd that the most brutal instrument of death known to man has become very fashionable? Why don’t people wear little guillotines or slip knots around their necks as they do crosses? The answer is because Jesus Christ, the Son of God Incarnate, died on one. This is the reason the cross is so prevalent and has not faded into history. Today as I headed out to Cedar Hill State Park to ride, I could not wait to get on the trail. Of course last time I was out there I ran over a snake and most people that know me know that I am extremely afraid of snakes. No, I don’t care what kind they are! That thought was in the back of my mind as I started on the trail and I kept having to push out visions of snakes chasing me through the woods (crazy I know but who says fear is rational). Anyway, I headed out and when I came to the split that determines whether you do the 8 mile loop or the 12 mile loop, I started on the 8 mile loop. The Power of God – Is It In Us?

Hi everyone, this is Michelle Broussard and I just wanted to update everyone on our recent move. David and I moved to a warehouse in the Design District in which we are both living and working.
