Hello and welcome to JeweledSteel.com. I’m David Broussard, an artist and sculptor in Dallas, Texas. I use carbon steel and a blow torch to make the world’s most beautiful crosses and utilize the same material and techniques to create Christian jewelry and sculptures. For a one-of-a-kind design, I polish and texture the carbon steel; in essence working with the steel in the same way a jeweler works with stone. I only use a blow torch to color the steel; I call this flame-painting. The result is a unique creation that brings color, dimension and meaning wherever it goes. My heart’s desire and passion is that my work somehow glorifies the work that our Lord and Savior did on the cross. Enjoy my website.
